The second and final gubernatorial debate is taking place tonight between Republican nominee Glenn Youngkin and Democratic nominee Terry McAuliffe. The event is being hosted by NBC Washington at NOVA Community College and begins at 7 p.m.

Water Cooler

  • Youngkin is set to make several stops in the often forgotten Eastern Shore of Virginia on Wednesday. (Governor Northam is from the Eastern Shore)
  • National Republicans (RSLC) are amplifying the worries being expressed by Democrats that they could potentially lose in Virginia this year. They cited this article from The Nation, where several Democrats are quoted expressing worry over the upcoming election.
  • National Democrats (DLCC) are accusing Virginia House Republican candidates of being anti-semitic in their campaigns. They cite this mailer from Harold Pyon (HD-40) and a past twitter comment from Hahns Copeland.
