According to sources within Norfolk Police Department, a man was shot Friday afternoon around 12:15 p.m.
The victim was shot in the 1700 block of Lafayette Avenue in Norfolk. The Victim was transported to Norfolk General and is suffering life-threatening injuries according to police.
